Mayor of San Salvador, El Salvador
Nayib Bukeleis a politician and entrepreneur who has generated a positive transformation in perception in the Salvadoran people with regards to governability and democracy. He began his career as a politician as Mayor of Nuevo Cuscatlan, where he transformed the town, which became renown in El Salvador and abroad for a new form of municipal works and management.
Mr Bukele was the Mayor of Nuevo Cuscatlán from 2012-2015 and, from the onset, dedicated his administration to making substantial changes in the lives of its inhabitants. For example, donating his salary to scholarships for the young inhabitants of the municipality.
After Nuevo Cuscatlan, he went on to accomplish something that had never been done in Salvadoran politics, going from Mayor of a town to Mayor of San Salvador, the country’s capital.
Bukele implemented a new way of development through public-private partnerships making sure that projects benefited all of Nuevo Cuscatlan’s citizens, and now as Mayor of San Salvador, to all the citizens of the country’s capital city.
From a very young age, Nayib Bukele was recognized for his intellectual capacity and his entrepreneurialism. At 18 years old he was already managing his own business. His father was a prominent business man, physicist, historian, economist, and journalist. It was his father and family that implanted in him the values and his interest for the social wellbeing of his country.
It was this way of thinking and new approach to governing, rejecting the use of politics for self enrichment, that allowed him to implement major projects that were previously seen as impossible.

Jacek Jaśkowiak was born on 10 March 1964 in Poznań. He is a devoted community worker, sports activist, and former businessman. José María Leyes is a lawyer, he specialized in the tributary taxing and constitutional systems.

At 30 years of age, he proposed an autonomous Cochabamba, he led the Interagency Committee of Cochabamba, a Civic Citizen entity that promoted departmental autonomy, achieving a favorable result of more than 60% of the votes at departmental level, making Cochabamba an autonomous department from that historical moment.

In January 2018, Russell K. (Rusty) Paul began his second term as mayor of the city of Sandy Springs. Paul brings more than 35-years of federal, state and local public policy and public administration experience to the job.
Mr. Paul was elected to the founding city council for Sandy Springs in November 2005, and chaired the City’s charter review commission and the Sandy Springs Development Authority.
Mr. Paul was confirmed unanimously by the U.S. Senate as Assistant Secretary for Congressional and Intergovernmental Relations in the first Bush Administration under Secretary Jack Kemp. Chairman of the South East District Council, Botswana
Honourable Phenyo Mokete Segokgo aged 33, is the Chairman of the South East District Council, which is among the sixteen that constitutes Botswana’s Local Authorities. He was elected a Councillor for Sefoke Ward in Tlokweng Village in the October 2014 General Elections. He was subsequently elected by his fellow Councillors in South East to lead the District. He has an admirable track record in politics and activism, dating from his University days.
Hon Phenyo Segokgo’s leadership style has been described as that of inclusiveness, consultation and consensus building. Through his leadership, the South East District has become a benchmark far collective as far as leadership is concerned, transcending the political divide. He has introduced some initiatives in the District like the Chairman’s Trust Fund with its main objectives being to take care of the underprivileged in the country in line with Vision 2036 ideals of no one left behind and zero poverty in 2036. Alfredo Luis Yd Sánchez was born on December 23, 1972, in the city of Encarnación.
He joined the policy forming part of a citizen movement, to later be elected as Municipal Councilor of the City of Encarnación.
During his administration, he raised the flag in defense of the rights of the most vulnerable sectors before the processes of transformation of the city of Encarnación.
On November 15, 2015, he presented himself as a candidate of the Alliance "Encarnación to the Front", being elected as Mayor, period 2015 - 2020.
These results marked a milestone in political history throughout the national territory, since it became the first citizen to break the hegemony of more than 75 years of a traditional party in the city.
